MTDO Platform
The Millstone Township Democratic Organization (MTDO) is a group of neighbors dedicated to serving and developing effective solutions to the problems of each resident and homeowner in our community. The objectives of our platform are to help:
- preserve a high quality of life;
- protect the rights of Millstone Township families;
- promote and elect officials who support our principles; and
- advocate open public debate, deliberation, and decision-making in Millstone Township governance to assure accountability, strategic fiscal responsibility and financial stewardship of our public dollars.
The democratic club is also an affiliate of the Monmouth County Democrats.
Mission Statement
- Build a sustainable Millstone Township Democratic Organization (top priority);
- Identify and recruit Millstone Township Democratic candidates and help them;
- Advocate Democratic Party principles, policies, and practices in Millstone Township; and
- Promote responsive representation in local governance.
